Within the confines of the Small Gobi strictly protected area, 11 reptile species spanning 2 sub-groups, 5 families, and 6 genera, along with a singular amphibian species categorized under one group, family, and genus, collectively account for the 12 recorded species of amphibians and reptiles in this region.
